Sports on Oleron Island

Golf

The Golf offers nine holes with numerous water and dune vegetation obstacles. Located at the edge of the ocean, it offers a beautiful sight on Boyard Fort.

The golf is located on the municipality of Saint-Pierre, at a place called "La Vieille Perrotine", on the road going from Boyardville to "Les Allards".

Bicycle tracks

With a highest point at 34 meters high (110 feet), Oleron is ideal for family rides.

A network of cycle tracks runs through the island, including 23 kilometres (14.5 miles) on dedicated tracks and 19 kilometres (12 miles) on roads were circulation is restricted to cars owned by residents.

Many bike rental shops are located on the island, as for instance "Cycles Demion" or "LocaLoisirs".

Tennis

Saint-Pierre d'Oléron

Located on the road to Sauzelle, the association "La Raquette Cayenne" has five tennis courts.

Lessons are given throughout the year.

Château d'Oléron

"Le Tennis Club" has three tennis courts in Le Château d'Oléron.
